Making Appointments or Cancellations
We see patients on an appointment basis and ask that you make an appointment in advance.
If you are unable to keep an appointment we please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Emergency and After Hours Care
We recognize that emergency situations do arise and we will do everything in our power to respond to you as quickly as possible. Special times are reserved for patients with emergency needs and you will be seen as quickly as possible. For more information read about the emergency services we offer. If you have a dental emergency please follow the instructions below:
If an emergency arises while the office is closed, please call the office and follow the instructions given on the answering machine.
If an emergency arises while the office is open, please call the office as early in the day as possible so we can fit you in.
Return Visits
We believe in the benefits of regular preventative care and therefore encourage all of our patients to return for periodic visits. We will send you a reminder in the mail when it is time for your next visit. When you receive this notice please contact us to make an appointment or confirm the appointment our staff has scheduled for you.
When you return please advise the us of any change in your overall health, any medication you are taking, marital status, address, telephone number, employment, or insurance.
Fees and Payments
We make every effort to keep the cost of dental work down while maintaining a high level of professional care. If your treatment requires several visits you will be given an estimate up front and our staff will work with you and your insurance to make financial arrangements.
